We accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date.
We do not accept products under certain conditions:
Product used or installed.
Product returned without all accessories.
Products not returned in their original condition and packaging.
We deliver throughout Metropolitan France, and upon request to Corsica and the French Overseas Departments and Territories.

Please take a photo of the damage and email it to us at info@acauto-ie.com.
We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
MBRP WARRANTIES
MBRP Lifetime Warranty
This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects, including surface rust and penetrating rust, on T304 stainless steel products, while T409 stainless steel products are covered only against penetrating rust. Discoloration that may develop due to heat is not covered by this warranty. Note that extreme climates with rain, snow, and road treatments can accelerate corrosion on T409 stainless steel.
Your MBRP product is covered by a state-of-the-art warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. If one or more components of your system do not meet our warranty standards, you are covered. The defective component will be repaired or replaced.
MBRP's limited warranty for each product is based on several factors, including material quality, intended use, and vehicle type. See warranty details below.
Further details about the warranty
This warranty does not apply to:
- Product damage due to improper installation.
- Product that has been operated beyond the capacity recommended by MBRP.
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse or force majeure (such as a flood or earthquake).
- Because sound is subjective, we cannot guarantee the sound. There are generally several ways to adjust the sound of your exhaust kit.
- Indirect or incidental damages are not covered by this warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. State or provincial law will prevail.
- This warranty does not include the cost of removing or replacing the product.
- This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. All other damages and claims are the responsibility of the buyer.
- From time to time, the production of certain products is discontinued, and replacement is no longer possible. For these products, this warranty is limited to repair only. If, at MBRP's sole discretion, repair is not possible, this warranty will expire and terminate.
